So which do you think you are? My friends say i am more of a Follower than A leader. A 'follower' is someone who follows others everywhere, including orders, while a 'Leader' is someone with more confidence, a bigger ego, and likes to be in charge.

Which are YOU?

Tara (athenasoul) I don't think I am specifically either. I have elements of both; though I do like to play follower until I am ready to lead. I think I am more of a social strategist ;) I soak up what I want to know; rather than following. However, I think I am more naturally a leader. I think this mis-mash is what happens when you're an introverted leader :D

Cheers! :D

Lol, I'm not very sociable, haha. :P

And it's great to know that you are a cool leader. ;)

I am my own. It is not wise always to follow, nor is it wise to over-lead. A little leavening goes a long way.

T. H. Fay | 47 comments Depends, I've noticed in situations where I don't know enough for people to respect me I tend to follow, But when I do know what I'm doing I like to lead.I guess you could say I'm kind of like Tara. But I suppose I'm more of a leader.

Yeah, I am, aren't I? ^_~

Nah. I'm joking, I'm jokin'! :P

Blood Bone and Muscle I've been taught to be the servant, it is a comfort zone, a lethargic monk who does what is asked to better a community but sometimes some want for me to be a leader and that is a position which takes greater results, precision and self esteem.

You can judge for yourselves as I cannot tell. Here's an example:

When I speak publicly, I seem nervous until I open my mouth. Once I've begun, very little rattles me. I am sure and connecting, hoping to draw the message to the audience which listens. There is no bother writing a boring speech, the audience does not need apathy, they will give you the same. Your discomfort is not cute, it's painful. To please alone, I must act like a human, not a dancer. To cadence your voice with all the others who did not try, it's poor bidding.
