I have always thought that when writing, you can make people cry or love or be sorry or be happy for a character. But when you are able to terrify a man that you have never met through several pagesin a book, that is an art!

The Dark Tower From a Buick 8Misery Desperation

Those are probably my favorite four of his books. And by "Dark Tower" I mean ALL. OF. IT.

By the way, I cannot imagine how The Waste Lands felt for people reading it at the time, who couldn't just run to the bookstore and buy the next one. Worst. Cliffhanger. EVER.

I love the Dark Tower series too, though I was able to get only the first 4 books.. I'm going to get the next three as soon as I can, until them I'm in pain!

He's a true master, and Dark Tower is a peak of his work throughout his life.
