Kyle Sullivan Seen this admission from Amazon? They admit to hurting authors and their customers in an attempt to force the 5th largest publisher in the world agree to their terms.

And what's their attitude? "You don't like it? Buy the book elsewhere."

Kyle Sullivan Been away from my page for too long, thanks to family turmoil and crap about my books and general laziness.

FYI -- I'm having "How To Rape A Straight Guy", "Porno Manifesto", and both volumes of "Rape In Holding Cell 6" withdrawn from circulation. I plan to reintroduce them, next year, under my own banner and as far away from Amazon as I can get. "Bobby Carapisi" will also be reissued in a better format.

On top of this, I need to finish a mystery I'm working on that's been taking too long...and get back to work on a novel set in Northern Ireland between 1966 and 1981.

And I will read more. I'm in the middle of "The Dubliner" series of stories by James Joyce. Lovely vignettes in an amazing voice.

Guess these are my New Year's Resolutions.

Kyle Sullivan Word to one and all -- Amazon's on a censorship tear, again. They're dropping books from Kindle that might depict rape, S&M, and incest in positive terms.

"How To Rape A Straight Guy" is not available in Kindle, in the US, and not at all in the UK. It seems they're focused on the little guys -- small publishing houses and self-published works -- so if you can't find a book you want, that's probably why.

But "50 Shades of Crap" (the rip-off of "9 1/2 Weeks") is still up and running. Of course.
