Sorry I've fallen so far behind in keeping up with people's reviews. I went through a period of 'pointed stick time' (these are times when I'm convinced that any technology more complex than a pointed stick is too prone to breakdown to be reliable). Through all of September, my computer was in the shop.

I'm getting caught up on my backlog, but it'll likely be some time before I get caught up. So I, as well as my correspondents, will likely have to school ourselves to patience for some time yet.
