I finished the first editing pass for "Hertz to Be a Hero," the sequel to "Wanted: A Superhero to Save the World." Now it will go to my lovely editor (my wife).

It took a long time to develop this story, but I'm really excited about it. It's filled with excitement and lots of laughs.

I am hoping for a February 2019 publication.

During my current read-through of Search for the Astral Dragon, I came upon an action scene that really fell flat.

I began rewriting it yesterday, and now it's turning into a real heart thumper. I am looking forward to finishing the scene today.

Today is Appreciate a Dragon Day.

I finished a sixth rewrite of the first chapter of Search for the Astral Dragon. I think it's finally where I want it to be. Now I have to read through the rest of the book again to ensure continuity.

It's time to rewrite the first chapter of Search for the Astral Dragon ... again.

I finished a polished first draft of Search for the Astral Dragon.

It stands at about 135,000 words. I like the story a lot. I hope you will too.

For the next step, I will send the manuscript to my wife for editing. I don't know how long that will take, but I'm sure she'll do a great job with it.

Progress on Search for the Astral Dragon has been pretty slow lately, but it's coming along. It is now at 112,000 words, and I think I finally see a glimmer of light, a hint that the end of the story is in view.
