They are! I'm so glad you've enjoyed them! 🥰

I'm so glad you enjoyed that one! I don't have a second book planned for them, but I would love to write a bonus epilogue or scene for them someday!

I'd say my Ridgewater High books and Protect My Heart and Kissing the Boy Next Door are great for anyone 12 and up. Eden Falls Academy and my Rich and Famous series are great for anyone 14 and up. And my latest book, Hide Away With You could be 14 and up as well. (They're all closed door romances so passionate kissing is as far as it goes.) 🥰

Hey! Sorry I'm late at seeing this! First off, thanks for ordering my books! I hope you love them!
And you can definitely read them in whatever order you want. (I actually wrote them out of order haha!) You may see which characters get together in other books, but I tried to write them without too many spoilers and so that each book is satisfying all on their own. :)

I absolutely love the Regency era and would love to write a romance set in that time period someday. I am nervous to try though since I would have no idea what I was doing with a lot of the historical stuff and would probably mess up so many things. But maybe someday!!

Sorry I didn't see this until just now! I'm so glad you've enjoyed my books! And that's awesome that you're a writer too!
I actually have a lot of advice on the subject haha, but to save time, I'll tell you where you can find most of it. :) I have a YouTube channel that I run with 3 other successful Sweet Romance authors where we talk all about writing and publishing and everything inbetween. So if you wanted to head over there, we have 60+ videos that might be helpful. The channel is called "The Writing Gals". We also have a Facebook group with about 11,000 other authors where we all share all sorts of tips and tricks and other information that writers want to talk about. The Facebook group is called "The Writing Gals" as well. :)
And your name does look familiar, so if you already asked me this question in another place, I guess I'm answering it twice. ;)
Have a great day!

I'm so glad you enjoyed Protect My Heart! That was my first book so it will always have such a special place in my heart. :)
I didn't write a full sequel, but I did recently publish a short story from a certain side character's point of view that presented us with a few questions at the end. It's called Undetected: Adelle's Story. And it can be found on Amazon now if you haven't' already seen it. :)

I'm so glad you love them! Meet Me There is one of my favorites too. Gotta love a guy with a British accent. ;)
And as for adding more books to the series, it's definitely a possibility. I did set it up at the end of Forever Yours for two more characters to have their story told. But whether it will happen in that series, or if I find a way to have it be part of a new YA series I'm planning, I'm not sure.
But I'm definitely hoping to get back into YA again soon. :)

Sorry I didn't see this earlier for some reason. Great question! The Billionaire Bachelor is a clean romance without swearing or sex scenes. There is some passionate kissing (no tongue), but that's as far as it goes. Everyone has their own opinions of what's appropriate and what's not, but I would say it's appropriate for 16 and up. It has pretty much the same level of heat as my YA Romances, but just with characters in their 20's instead of teens. 🙂

I'm so happy to hear that you're enjoying my books! I need to thank that author who recommended mine to you. ;)
Some tips I would give you as an aspiring writer is to first, read a lot of the types of books you want to write. Really learn what you like as a reader and then try to re-create it in your own book. Then write the best book you know how to and finish it. Finishing your first book is an amazing accomplishment and should be celebrated.
I would also suggest going to writers conferences, joining the online writing community (there are lots of really great writers groups on Facebook). Then also I highly recommend getting critique partners and beta readers to read your book and help you make it the best it can be. :)
I have a youtube channel that I talk about writing and publishing with four other Sweet Romance authors if you wanted more in-depth types of tips later on down the road. (We're called "The Writing Gals". We also have a facebook page for writers, which is a great place to talk about writing and learn from as well.)
Sorry...that's a lot of info. I'm kind of passionate about this writing thing if you can't tell. ;)
Basically, just start writing is my first tip. Everything else will follow. :)
And yes, I'm currently working on my 4th book in the Ridgewater High series and I have at least one more planned in that series. Pretty much as long as people keep reading my books, I'll keep writing them because I love it so much and I have way too many ideas in my "idea file." :)
Thank you so much for reading my books! I couldn't do my dream job without readers like you! :)

I'm so glad you enjoyed my other books! I'm planning to publish Meet Me There in March! :)

Don't put so much pressure on yourself that you become incapacitated. Writing a book can be a daunting thing, but just take it one sentence, one thought, then one page at a time. Don't expect perfection from the first draft. Just get the ideas out there. I wasted so much time trying to get things perfect the first time, when I could have done so much better if I'd just started writing. The magic, at least for me, comes with revision. But you'll never get to the revising or publishing stage if you don't write those first words first!

Right now I'm getting my next YA Contemporary Novel, DON'T FORGET ME, ready for my editor. It is an emotional story about a young adult girl, Eliana, whose life turns upside down when her dad disappears and at the same time she realizes she has feelings for her best guy friend, Jess, who is helping her through the chaos. This book has been quite the project and I am so proud of how far it has come. I'm excited to share it with you all soon!

When I'm trying to figure out what to write next, I immerse myself in things that inspire me. Music is really great for me. (Mostly love songs, of course...or breakup songs.) I also find that reading helps a lot, I often have so many ideas spark when I'm reading a really good book. I try to think of how I would like the story to go, and if the author takes a different route than what I thought of I will write down my new flashy idea to use later. For a quick fix I will also watch something on Netflix.

Make myself sit down and do hard things, haha. ;) Most often I discover that I'm blocked because I made a wrong turn in the chapter before and I need to go back and change something. Once I do that, I'm usually good to go.
