Ben Azadi Laying on your death bed, regretting the fact that you never lived a life true to yourself, but a life based on what others expected of you.
Ben Azadi As soon as I feel inspired, I prioritize this feeling by locking myself in my room and writing/typing. When I do this, the words flood out of me.
Ben Azadi Block out time each morning to write. It could be as little as 10 minutes; just make sure you are consistent.

Ben Azadi The idea of the book came about during a long walk with my dog. I was listening to Grant Cardone's book, The Millionaire Booklet. He wrote the book so that it is easy to understand how to make money, save money, and multiple money. It's a powerful little booklet that is changing so many lives. I thought to myself, "What if I did something similar but it the health and fitness space?". I immediately came home and started writing my book!
Ben Azadi I was inspired to write this book because I see so many overweight and unhealthy people everywhere I go. I can only go so far running up to them and explaining how I could help them. I wanted to extend my reach. That is why I wrote this book. I figured, if I gave my book to this person they are more likely to read it and apply the information, more so than a simple business card. I wrote the book in a very easy way to understand and implement right away.
