Hmm. I try my hardest to treat my characters as I'd treat a real person. Everyone has faults and can be unlikeable at times, your characters should be too. They'll make the wrong decisions, maybe even wrong others, but don't we all? It's their faults that make the story interesting and relatable. So I think it's okay to hate your characters or give them unlikeable traits on purpose. It's what makes them worth reading about. Hope this helps, and good luck! ❤

I find not forcing myself to be the key. The more anxious you get about it, the more difficult it is to get over it. I take a break, a real one. I'll read a book or ten, watch a movie, go people-watch with an ice cream. Maybe start another project or just read the one I'm stuck on from the begining, but as a "reader" instead of the "writer". Sooner or later, I will come across something that inspires me again, and I'll be back to it. (:
