quq asked Mina Rehman:

Do you ever come up with a character, and once you write about them you end up not liking them at all? If so, how do you deal with it? This happens to me often :/ sadly enough, I end up hating all of my protagonists

Mina Rehman All the time!
Hmm. I try my hardest to treat my characters as I'd treat a real person. Everyone has faults and can be unlikeable at times, your characters should be too. They'll make the wrong decisions, maybe even wrong others, but don't we all? It's their faults that make the story interesting and relatable. So I think it's okay to hate your characters or give them unlikeable traits on purpose. It's what makes them worth reading about. Hope this helps, and good luck! ❤
