Hi!! Thank you for reading!
So I've been asked this a TON since PUSH, and even more so since I released PULL, the continuation novella. If you haven't read that yet, I HIGHLY recommend it!
And so after what we see going on with Tate in the novella, I can safely confirm that I have a lot of ideas for a Tate book.
Now, I'm not sure when I'll have time. My writing/publishing schedule depends almost entirely on which characters are the loudest and which story is the most persistent. And right now I have a lot of other things I'm looking forward to working on.
That said, I definitely want to give Tate his book because he's a great character and I care a lot about him. Hopefully soon!

Hi there!! Sorry for the delay in answering this, I was blissfully unaware I had questions waiting lol
I tend to choose projects based on their originality, meaning that I like for all my books to greatly vary from each other. That said, I am currently writing another MMF in the Alabaster Pen series. It is Book 2 following Distorted and it is a standalone, though I advise reading Distorted first to really get the gist of what's happening. This MMF, called Joyless, will be quite different from PUSH, but I think PUSH fans will really like it. It's dark and dirty and full of secrets and reveals.
I also have an MMMF (a polyamorous cult retelling of a fairy tale called The White Snake) called Serpent In White coming out in November, and while it's definitely different as hell, and super weird lol, I think fans of PUSH will love that one too. :)

Hi there! Sorry these take me so long to answer, I purposefully avoid Goodreads at all costs lol.
I don't like to announce dates on things until I know for sure what I can commit to, but I will say that Alabaster Pen Volume 2 will come out this year (2021), and then I'll plan to release 3-4 next year, though we'll see how it goes :)

(view spoiler)[In The Burn of Brutal Rapture Damien had made it to Lazarus would they have got together? Was Lazarus in love with him at that point? Is that why he blocked Tracis number and kept calling Damien? (hide spoiler)]

The thing about "what ifs" is that they are infinite. There are infinite possibilities based on the things that happen in life, and unfortunately we'll never know exactly what would have happened if certain things had happened differently.
That said, to give some form of an answer lol, I personally think that if Damien had made it to Lazarus's house that day, they would have talked, possibly gotten physical, but ultimately decided that there was no possible way for them to be together when Lazarus was still in love with Traci (which he was. I want to make that clear. It's fully possible to be in love with more than one person at once, and Lazarus Weston's heart is big enough to hold so much that he was never able to give before.) Lazarus also would have realized that it wasn't possible for him to be with Traci knowing how Damien felt, and the last thing he would ever want to do is tear apart the two people who mean most to him in the world.
So Lazarus would leave. Knowing his head and heart like I do, I feel that Lazarus would disappear, punishing himself with heartbreak in order to save the relationship between his best friend and his daughter.
The reason why Lazarus blocked Traci's number after his fight with Damien was for the exact reason that Merci suggested: damage control. He didn't want Damien to think he was still talking to Traci while attempting to get his best friend to forgive him. He was thinking strictly as a friend at this point. It had nothing to do with him feeling any less for Traci, I assure you.
The fight with Damien put his lusting after Traci on hold, but believe me, it didn't nullify his feelings in any way.
But in regards to the first part, this is only my own theory. Many events of the book are open to interpretation because, as I stated, there is no way to truly know what "would have happened if..."
I highly recommend reading the Author's Note at the end of the book, because I give a bit of an explanation there. And a slight tease about what we might see in the future...

Write. Don't get bogged down on watching other people's successes, and never worry about how other writers are working, or when you think you want to publish. It's all about writing and editing until it comes together and you're proud of what you've done. It's always better to take your time with a project than rush it.

I read! As many amazing books by authors I already know and love as possible. Or depending on the situation, taking a break is always helpful. Watching TV, listening to some music. Any time you're stuck, the best thing to do is walk away for a bit. When you come back to it with fresh eyes, it makes a world of difference.

The best thing about being a writer is having the ability to create a whole world from your imagination and bring it to life. I started writing with no intention of ever letting anyone else in the world read my stuff. I've always loved writing, but I used to write only magazine editorials, op-eds, etc. I didn't necessarily consider myself a "fiction writer", until I realized how many days I would just sit on the train, staring off into space with ideas rushing through my mind. I had the idea for Midnight City and I just decided to run with it. And it changed my entire life.
Being a writer is a way for me to escape from the stresses of my every day life. I love to read. I'm interested in so many genres of fiction, but romance and erotica really grabbed my attention. When I write, I end up rereading my own work hundreds of times over, because I get so attached to my characters and their stories. It's like they're a part of me, that I created. Being a writer is the best thing in the world, and being a reader is a close second.

The first three parts of The Midnight City Series have actually been completed for quite some time. Part 2: Never Let Me Go, and Part 3: Always Yours continue Andrew and Tessa's story, and both will hopefully be released in the next six months. Since I've had this time on my hands, hanging onto these books for dear life, I've been working on a Part 4, of sorts, called Whatever It Takes, which could be considered a standalone, although if you're a fan of TMCS, you'll find a few cute little Easter eggs. This is the story of actor JR Walsh, who we meet in Never Let Me Go, and how his dark past has affected him and his life today.
JR has been through some tough times. He's been drinking and using drugs, partying way too much, resulting in his wife leaving him and taking their four-year-old daughter. JR seems to be pissing away his talent and hard work, leaving those around him worried. Until his agent recommends a therapist who specializes in working with people in the industry, and much to his own reluctance, he listens. Dr. Tatiana Warwick, PhD is hella smart; an award-winning renowned psychologist. And wouldn't you know, she's also drop-dead gorgeous, a fact that sends JR and all his problems into a bit of a tailspin. The story explores JR's journey to figure out what really happened to him during his troubles childhood, and hopefully let go of everything that has been holding him back, while simultaneously falling for the only girl he one-hundred-percent cannot have.
What It Takes is a very special project for me because I've had JR's story in my mind for quite some time. I'm writing it from only his point of view, first person present tense, which is a change-up after the third person past tense of my first three. I'm hoping to finish it soon. JR and Tatiana deserve a good ending ;)

Midnight City, first and only published book (so far) essentially began as fanfiction for The Walking Dead. The male protagonist, Andrew James, is loosely based on the actor Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick Grimes on TWD. The story is about the lives of famous actors from a similar show I called Hell Storm, and what happens when they intertwine with New Yorker, Tessa Woodrow. I've always been sort of fascinated with what goes on behind the scenes for actors. The entire Midnight City Series will explore the world of the Hell Storm cast, most revolving around Andrew and Tessa, and the dramatic, intense, and sexy goings on that all stem from that one night in Midnight City.
