Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Allison Renner I feel so grateful to all of my volunteer experience that gave me the knowledge to write this book. I was working in the library system, wishing we had some straight-forward, system-wide guidelines for volunteers when I thought of this handbook. My background is in non-profits, so the book is meant to help any organization that can benefit from volunteers (which is pretty much everyone!).
