Oh dear, this is a HARD question. Every one of them feels like a child to me, dear to my heart, sometimes just as frustrating. I suppose if I had to pick, The Will to Serve will always be special to me because it's my first and you know what they say about your first. That said, I have a really hard time pinpointing which is my actual favourite.

You know, funny thing - my best ideas come when I'm in the shower. Something about the water combined with being utterly alone with my thoughts.
There are days where I wish I can take showers repeatedly.

So forewarning, I'm from the school of hard knocks.
Every time I feel like I'm blocked, I have a drill sergeant in my head requoting what Warren Ellis once said about giving up:
"There is no such goddamn thing. There is only getting up and doing it all over again, smarter and harder, until something ups and f------ kills you, because that’s the only thing big enough to stop you. This is The Great Work, and all you have to do is choose it, not look back and never fucking stop until you’re in your box, under the dirt and flowers are growing between your teeth"
He has much gentler advice about writer' block, stepping back and doing other things. For me, it's to keep writing even if I know what comes out is garbage because the very act of writing gets the flow going eventually. And if I'm really really stuck, I switch to messing around with graphics. Because graphics.

I'm currently pacing myself writing the second book in the Midnight Retellings Collection as part of a novella contest. It'll feature both F/f and D/s pairing which I'm really excited to explore. As for which fairy tale story it's based on? Well, you'll see.
