Randy Alcorn I would go to Narnia, and ask to experience the romp with Aslan the great lion, and hear his roar, as Lucy and Susan did when he came back from the dead.
Randy Alcorn Hi Tom, this is Shauna answering on behalf of Randy. Thanks for writing in! Often when Randy tucks in a detail early in a book, it's meaning and importance become clear later on. This is particularly true in mysteries. He is generally not one to be unnecessarily wordy in his works of fiction. I hope you enjoy the rest of Dominion! -Shauna

Randy Alcorn Hi Peter,
My name is Shauna and I help answer questions for Randy. Here are a few articles that may be helpful!

Piper says this is a contrast between Christian reality on this side of the cross of Christ with OT reality at Mount Sinai and explains all that in this sermon: http://www.desiringgod.org/messages/y... See specifically “Motivation #1: The Love of a Great Savior” about halfway through.

Here is another short article if you think it might help… http://www.ligonier.org/learn/devotio...

Thanks!

Randy Alcorn Hi Raymond,
This is Shauna and I help Randy answer questions!
Thanks for writing in.
Randy writes about this question in this blog post: http://www.epm.org/resources/2010/Mar...
Basically, he believes that there could be large bodies of water on the New Earth, and he gives some explanation of what "sea" meant to the audience of the book of Revelation.
He also talks about this in his Heaven book on pages 273-275. Hope this is helpful!

Randy Alcorn Hi Louis,
Thanks for writing! This is Shauna with Eternal Perspective Ministries, Randy's non-profit, answering on behalf of Randy. I'm so glad you've enjoyed those books of Randy's! Yes, we would classify those as Christian fiction. As of right now, Randy is working on some other books that will come out soon, but not in this genre. Here's a video of him talking about this: http://www.epm.org/blog/2012/May/9/do...
He has written a blog about some of his favorite books and you can read it here: http://www.epm.org/favorite-books/
Thanks again for your question!
