Hey!!! Thanks for reaching out! (I love when this happens! <3) First off let me say, thank you for your kind words. Seriously. They make me smile and just add fuel to keep going.
As for my writing process, oh that's a mess lol. There's always an outline (that may or may not be worth anything by the end of the book) and a series of tantrums in which I am not writing fast enough for myself or am too distracted to sit still, that all lead to the inevitable random few days of shelling out 7k or 8k words in a session to complete a story. I let my characters do the talking (anytime I try to go against it, it feels wrong and/or they stop talking and I'm left flailing). Whoever talks the loudest, gets their story told, and this method works for me.
Dialogue is my fave thing. I LOVE to listen to people talk in real life, from my table at a restaurant to being at a party to that on TV shows/movies, and I love to spark up conversations with random strangers, anywhere (airport bathroom after coming from the same concert unknowingly was funny). While I like to think I'm funny in real life, it's more so those around me. My hubs is hilarious and my mom is too and my best friends have some good ones that get me. I spend a lot of time in life (now and since I was a very small kid) just soaking things in, writing down things about people and places and anytime I am sparked by something that interesting to me (name, job, location, hobby) I jot it down and wait to wrap it up and reflect it in my writing worlds.
I hope that answered your question and that I didn't ramble too much haha.

Thank you! I am! The "main crew" of the team (so Rutledge's friends) will all get books. The next in the series actually arrives in just three days! My Fair Puck Bunny is the title.

Hello!
Prince Zane will have a book all his own and it will be the last of the original prince stories, followed by one more book for Brock and French.

Hello!!!!
Thanks for reaching out, I love questions!
Here the answers in order...
-No, Remy and Yavok are a standalone in a series of standalones. You might see glimpses of them in the rest of the series, but the other books in the Synful Syndicate series will be about the other women and their empires/lover interests.
-JD & Faith's story announcement was made at the end of Blare. <3 You can see a sneak preview of their cover in the paperback of the book while the ebook simply announced they would be coming in 2020. They will launch a Senses Spin off involving some of the kids from that gang.
-Worm will get a love story/a look at her life better when she's "of age" to have one.
-Walking Away was a standalone novel, so what you got it what you get in the aspect, however, like many of my other characters you never know when they may pop or you may see a small glimpse of them in someone's side story.
- In order to recommend artists, I have to know what type of medium. Are you asking for music, film, TV, drawing/painting, or other writers?
-Throupleeeeee!!! There's actually two I have plans for at this time, one of which will be releasing in the early half of 2020. (Hopefully)
Feel free to reach out any time.

Lol, in the final Maxx and Logan book (coming in Sept) you get some updates on Dean and Megan, plus Jude. The novel takes place a few years in the future. While Dean and Megan won't have a spin off novel or anything like that, you do get updates on them as well as what the rest of the family has been up to.

Nah, I never think that about readers, especially ones who are invested in a series, sweetie. You are not the only one curious about the last book in the Private trilogy. While I wanted to finish it last year, other books were louder and more urgent, so they came first. I do my best to go by whatever is screaming the loudest so that I deliver the best story/book without forcing it and staying true to the characters. Now, with that said, I would love to wrap up that series this SUMMER. If for so reason it doesn't go that way (which is a possibility due to the wedding schedule) then before the end of the year. I miss Wes and Bryn and their last book takes them on quite a journey. So, I HOPE that answers your question and hope you have beautiful, bright day.

Hey! I appreciate you reaching out and the excitement over book 3, however, I do not have a date that I can provide you with. I let whichever book screams the loudest go next. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks for asking!
Xavier Neal
Not at this time, but there will be sooner rather than later.

Lol. It's so awesome to see how excited you are. I wish I could give you a date, but at this time I cannot. The plan however is early summer, so hopefully that sticks!

Hey there!
Havoc will receive a spin off. It should've launched last year, but because of reasons, it won't launch until NEXT year. (2018) However, Clint and the crew will NOT be the focus of it, they will just be included.
Clint and Haven are completely finished. They are wrapped up. Haven has made appearances in other books and will continue to, Clint will too.
What's interesting is, the original version of Havoc WAS written all from Haven's view point and I was then going to go back and do it all from his as well and publish them both, but his side came out so much stronger and louder and more powerful, that I let her die as a draft and it'll stay that way. But I'm glad you asked!

Can't pick just one favorite, so I'll pick my top three.
Travis and Abby from Walking Disaster, I loved his endless, alpha, hard headed love for her. That was the only thing that truly mattered to him and he'd do whatever it took to protect it.
Qhuinn and Blay from Lover At Last, they're "forbidden" feeling love was just amazing, and the fact Q never thought he'd be good enough because of the past he had suffered and Blay always being the on there to assure him he was enough was quite wonderful.
Julie and R from Warm Bodies, I loved that couple because they really broke down what it meant to be human and to love on a very basic level.

I'll start with the Azura shade question, how someone might view the color mocha and caramel depends on the person. Sounds crazy but it happens all the time. Some people say pink others say rosey, it was along the same lines. Merrick viewed her skin tone as a caramel shade, and Drew viewed her as mocha. Perception sort of thing.
And I don't particularly like the labels of "brown skin" or "dark color skin" or terms of that nature. It's not my style. It's never been my style. I choose food descriptive colors, dessert related when possible. I've used "coffee" and "chocolate" as well as "creamy" and "vanilla". I don't believe in giving you a specific color persay. I try to allow the reader to have enough to make up their own minds.
Does that answer your question?

Yes. Thank so much. You're 100 percent correct about different perceptions of color. Being both a critical and visual reader, I'm highly aware of deta

There will be 3 or 4 more in the series.

I don't have a date at this time. But Merrick and Jovi should eventually have one more book.

Hello! (For some reason this question wasn't showing up when you previously submitted it) I pulled my books from that outlet as well as the others to allow a chance for them on KU. By doing this I am allowing new readers to try them as a part of the program. While I haven't decided to go back or not, I am sorry you can't get the ebook like you wantes from bn.com.
Xavier Neal
Thanks for the love! I hope to have them there. We have looked into it and hope to get to that point sooner rather than later.

I do not currently have another out at the moment, but I do have one coming that has an intended late spring/early summer release (it will be a standalone) and will definitely continue to write others including a series at some point. While the series has some roots, I can't give you an exact date yet.

Compassion...wow. Two places. I was at the gym one day and saw this guy with a backpack on and thought to myself, "What the hell is that backpack?" which is when a voice popped in my head and asked "Wanna know what's in mine?" I kinda just let it pass like I often dude with random character voices until I got home and saw the trashcan blocking my driveway and the voice popped back in and said "I've got one helluva story. You ready to listen?" And...well... I was.
