Hi, sorry for the delay responding. I didn't see this question until now.
This is due to Macmillan shutting down Pronoun. They cancelled pre-orders of the version published through them. Any pre-orders made from December onwards are of the new version and should deliver to your Kindle without issue.
Macmillan's decision is also to blame for cancelled pre-orders of Infinite Worlds. I've decided to hold off on publication of that book until a later date. You'll get updates on that via my newsletter. That's always the best way to get news.

I believe that inspiration is invoked, as opposed to something that a writer has to passively wait around for. So, if something isn't working, the writer has to change what he or she is doing. Perseverance and a little lateral thinking go a long way.

I've always been a big fan of mythology, and I consider fantasy to be its modern heir. I wanted to portray a world where the gods are just as vulnerable as everyone else, and where the line between man and god was blurred. Since all good stories involve conflict of some kind, war is almost a natural environment for a realm populated by various peoples with different cultures.
