Kamal Ravikant Hi May, thank you for reading the book. Regarding your question, when I first started the practice, I didn't believe that I loved myself. Which is why I so needed to do it. Try this: when you do the mental loop, make yourself feel the love for yourself. Even for a few seconds. We manufacture our emotions. The more you do it, the more you'll experience that you're in control of your emotions.

Short answer: like any new behavior, it takes committed practice and time. Yes, please continue to do it. And add feeling and emotion to it. That will deepen the grooves faster than anything.

I hope that helps.

Kamal Ravikant The best way I've found to deal with writer's block is to just skip where I'm stuck and write something else. The mind gets stuck in a particular place, but doesn't mean all of writing is off the table.

So, if I'm stuck at a chapter, I just work on a different one. This way, I'm always working on something.

Once I discovered this solution, it removed the concept of writer's block from me.
