Randall Moore I've had a lot of ideas over the years for novels. And once I got over my fears about writing and began to practice it daily I've found that it flows more easily than I'd expected.
Always keep a pad and paper. You never when when inspiration will strike. When it does write it down.
In the spring of 2016 on a Mediterranean cruise a plotline suddenly congealed in my mind. I finished the first draft by late 11/16. Completing my fourth draft my wife is in the midst of reading "The Merchant, the Janissary and the Corsair", a 16th Century Historical Novel.
Randall Moore I'm writing a novel about a traveling male nurse. My inspiration is a real person who helped me in my recovery from valve replacement surgery. While I credit my doctors with saving my life, the nurses who tended to my every needs in no small way deserve equal credit.
