B.B.,
The premise of your book sounds interesting. Alas, I am so immersed in being a publisher that I don't have time for recreational reading anymore, or writing for that matter. BTW, The Dirty Thirty book is an anthology of many authors' short stories, of which only one was written by me.

Since we are Goodreads friends, you can send me a PM through my Author Profile. Most devices that are capable of accessing the Internet can be used to download and listen to audiobooks. You may also be able to upload them to a cloud and listen to them via your computer or other device. I am a fairly low-tech guy, so I can't advise you on the endless possibilities. I'm told that people store their libraries on iPods and similar devices, but I just use my computer. The audiobooks that I produce are only available through Amazon, Audible and iTunes as downloads. Some audiobooks can be purchased as CDS or DVDs, which require a player. Often these formats are available at libraries, though the selection probably is limited and wouldn't include x-rated content.

The stories in this anthology don't feature truly hardcore and abusive dommes, but the D/s dynamics aren't particularly genteel either. Perhaps you should err on the side of caution if that's a sensitive area for you. Might I suggest you peek at the "Look Inside" feature for the book on Amazon to help you decide if this book suits your sensibilities.

Like many people, Story of O was my introduction to erotica and the world of BDSM. I even read the sequel and a no doubt unauthorized continuation of the story published by Blue Moon in the 1990s. Now that I am a smut writer as well as a smut publisher, I don't have a lot of time for recreational reading, so fairly long books such as Master of O never make it to my to-read list. For the most part I only read short books, usually but not exclusively, that are written by friends or acquaintances, or authors whose work I have published.

Sometime around Thanksgiving of last year I had a flash of insight for a storyline that was so obvious and simple that the book that ultimately resulted from it nearly wrote itself. For some reason I had been thinking about virtual reality when it suddenly occurred to me that virtual reality would be the perfect way for many people to explore and indulge in BDSM. I suppose if I wasn’t a writer of D/s erotica that train of thought might have ended with a wistful what if or wouldn’t that be cool? Instead, I wrote Virtual Reality Mistress so all the smut readers in the leather community can vicariously live out that fantasy. And, if there is a God, perhaps some kinky techie out there will be inspired by it to make Virtual Reality Mistress a reality!

I am about 1/3 of the way through a book tentatively titled The Path of Least Resistance. It is the story of a talented female singer and musician who becomes involved in a kinky menage as a submissive to a dom and domme after drifting into the BDSM lifestyle at the prodding of a woman she hooks up with at La Chatte Noir, the premier lesbian nightclub in L.A.. I would be further along, but a lot of my time and energy is currently being spent promoting my most recent release, Virtual Reality Mistress. And since my book Mistress Stephanie's Strays, a polyamorous BDSM adventure set in Hawaii, is soon to be released I expect it will probably be a couple months or so before I am able to finish TPOLR.
