Hi Jim, Much as a really appreciate your recommendations, which are frequently spot-on for my reading tastes, I find myself wondering why you haven't rated or recommended "Master of O." I'm a little afraid of the answer, but I am curious sense it would seem to be very much in your wheelhouse. Do you not like it or have you not read it?

Like many people, Story of O was my introduction to erotica and the world of BDSM. I even read the sequel and a no doubt unauthorized continuation of the story published by Blue Moon in the 1990s. Now that I am a smut writer as well as a smut publisher, I don't have a lot of time for recreational reading, so fairly long books such as Master of O never make it to my to-read list. For the most part I only read short books, usually but not exclusively, that are written by friends or acquaintances, or authors whose work I have published.

It's my first work of fiction (I've previously written non-fiction under my real name) and I'm still not sure whether to categorise it as erotica, chick-lit, romance or whatever.
