Manjit Sachdeva I am working on a book of short stories, tentatively titled "Towards a Child-free Society". The stories are based on my life in Australia, as well as, past life spent in India. Most of the stories are satirical and humorous. It may take around 6 months to publish an eBook.
Manjit Sachdeva For this book (Lost Generations), at least, inspiration wasn't an issue. The main issue was which genre to put it in to make it most effective, and to make sure the genre suited my writing style. I chose to put it in black humour with satire. Now it is up to the readers to decide if they like the style.
Manjit Sachdeva My family came as refugees from West Punjab, and settled in refugee barracks, later converted to quarters, mostly in Allahabad from 1947 to 1962, when I went to IIT Kharagpur to study Mechanical Engineering. It became my passion to write Lost Generations since 2007.
