L.L. Diamond Until diagnostics were available, it's hard to know truly since someone had to be able to palpate the mass before you could really call it breast cancer. If someone had a small, undetectable mass that was aggressive and metastasized somewhere quickly, I could see it going misdiagnosed. Thank you for your question!
L.L. Diamond When I finished R&R, I answered some of those lingering questions at meryton.com in the R&R comment thread, and I posted a short in the playground called A Bitter Pill that has a little follow up with Elizabeth and Jane. Other than that, I don’t have any other follow up for that story. Sorry! Thanks so much for asking. I’m thrilled you enjoy my books. It’s always great getting such lovely feedback 😊
L.L. Diamond Without a doubt, Darcy and Elizabeth from Pride and Prejudice, though I do love Anne Eliot and Capt. Wentworth, too!
L.L. Diamond I enjoy writing, so it's not difficult to be inspired by something. The problems come in when I become distracted by social media or life in general. Lately, I've found a lot of inspiration by touring National Trust homes and taking small road trips around England.
L.L. Diamond Most ideas for novels begin as a single scene. Sometimes it's a personal experience, but sometimes it's just a scenario that comes to mind. For my new work, it stemmed from the scenario of a carriage accident and grew from there.
L.L. Diamond Sometimes going back and reading over what I have helps. I get to the end and the next scene comes to me from there. If that doesn't work, sometimes leaving the writing behind for a while helps me to relax and the muse to start working again.
L.L. Diamond Write it and then find someone honest to read it!
L.L. Diamond There are so many things that it's difficult to pick one! I love that I get to live in my imagination and that I can make my own schedule (sort of!).
L.L. Diamond I am currently in the final stages of editing my new book An Unwavering Trust.
