Aimee Nicole Walker Hello. While finishing my Blissville books, I suffered debilitating burnout that clobbered my connection to the characters in that universe. I had to take a lot of time off, and I needed a new direction when I was ready to work again. That doesn’t mean I won’t ever finish those stories, but they’ve been tabled for now. No one is more disappointed than I am about that.
Aimee Nicole Walker My Blissville Universe books do overlap a little. The easiest thing to do if you’re in KU is to download the Welcome to Blissville collections because the books are in proper reading order. If not, here’s the order. I wrote Dye books 1-4 first. I hadn’t planned to continue the series after that. Wrote Road to Blissville 1&2 before Josh and Gabe got chatty again. So I wrote Dye 5. Back to RtB for books 3, 4, and 5. Back to Dye for Book 6. Then back to RtB for final two books. As for my Savannah Universe… Zero Hour then Sinister in Savannah. I do have two standalone novels in that universe that are not necessary to read but I hope you’re interested. They are Invisible Strings and Bad at Love. They come right after Sinister in Savannah. Then it’s Matrimony and Mayhem. Zero Hour and Sinister are available in two box sets to make it easier.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Kim. I don’t think so. The guys are living out their happily ever after. Injecting conflict into their lives feels wrong. A story without conflict isn’t really a story.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Ashley. I’ve removed Only You for purchase as well as my Fated Hearts series. They’re getting re-edited and revamped in between new releases. I’m completing FH first. Only You will most likely be available again in 2023.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Jacquie. I have removed Only You and the original Fated Hearts series from the store for much-needed editing/revisions. I’ve begun revamping the Fated Hearts, but Only You will take longer because it needs a lot more work than my schedule allows right now. Meeting deadlines for new books must come first.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Sally. I’m so happy you enjoy my books, and your enthusiasm warms my heart. Since I just released Bad at Love last week, it will be awhile before my next release. I’m getting ready to write a second trilogy for Royce Locke and Sawyer Key, releasing in 2022. This year was filled with a lot of personal challenges for me, so I haven’t produced as much as I’d hoped or wanted. My next three books will be the trilogy for Sawyer and Royce. I’ll also be extremely busy rereleasing my Fated Hearts books in 2022. I do have a few other surprises in store that I will share later. xoxo
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Shari. It’s completely fictional. I hadn’t explored true-crime podcasts before writing that book. I just knew of them. After I finished PfL, I went looking for some. I’ve been obsessed ever since, and I even wrote a series about three best friends who have their own investigative podcast. That series is Sinister in Savannah.
Aimee Nicole Walker Okay. Here’s a link with the correct order. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1E...

You do start with Dye. The problem may be that you could have the wrong file. Amazon sometimes sends the outdate one that does not include the prequel, Fatal Reaction, especially with KU. I don’t know why they send out files that were replaced more than 3 years ago. Anyway, you can either contact them for an updated file that includes the prequel or there is a Dye box set that has the prequel. If you’ve purchased Dyeing to be Loved, you can contact Amazon and they’ll replace the file when you point out you have the wrong one. If you’re reading via KU, it’s probably easier to download the box set. I’m truly sorry for the hassle. In case the link doesn’t work, it goes Dye books 1-4, Blissville 1 & 2, Dye #5, Blissville 3, 4, and 5. Dye 6. Then back to Blissville for the rest.

I hadn’t planned for the series to overlap. It just happened organically when Josh announced their story wasn’t complete.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hello. I’m hard at work on book 3 in SiS series. I’d love to say it will be ready in December, but I feel January is more likely.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi there. Writing a book for Keeton has been a goal, but I can’t say if or when more will come from that series.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Tina. Can you be more specific? What series are you referring to?
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Barb. I’m so happy you love my Curl Up and Dye series! I am planning a box set for the Fated Hearts and Road to Blissville series. I would love to say those will be ready by year’s end, but I can’t promise that. As for Zero Hour, I will create a box set but not until after I write the companion series in 2021. The Zero Hour series is complete, meaning all storylines are wrapped up, but those two have more to tell. I’m not sure if the companion series will be novella length or full length yet. I need to finish writing my Sinister in Savannah series first. Then figure out what’s next for Royce and Sawyer.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hello, Selma! I’m so happy you enjoy reading my books. Royce and Sawyer were listening to Cordelia Kingsbridge’s Seven of Spades series. I’ve read the entire series then started the audiobooks. It’s one of the most brilliant series I’ve ever read. I adore the complexities of the characters, the storylines are intriguing, and the action and suspense are incredible.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Mary! I’m so happy you’re enjoying my books. I am still planning to write those books, but I need to wrap up some other projects first. I feel like I have too many series going at once between my solo work and collaborations. I’m not sure yet which projects make the cut for 2020 because I’m playing it by ear and writing the stories for the characters who speak the loudest.
Aimee Nicole Walker There will be more from the Road to Blissville universe in 2020. I can’t say how many or when yet, but I do have the next one outlined. Since I’m currently writing a series with the same couple, I feel like I need to stick with them until it’s finished, or I risk losing my connection to them. After that, I write the characters who are most vocal.
Aimee Nicole Walker Wow! It was honestly pure coincidence. I am the least computer savvy person on the planet and unfamiliar with anyone associated with the field other than Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. The only research I did for this book was looking up how IP addresses can be traced and various ways to find history on a computer. I learned a bit more for Devil’s Hour since it involves a hacker. None of the articles were associated to her. Kelsey is the name of my cousin and my niece by marriage. Hightower is the last name of someone I used to work with at a job years ago. So, it’s just an uncanny coincidence. It’s why authors put the disclaimers on the copyright page.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hello, Marta. Candy Hearts and Chaos is a free book now available in my reader’s group on Facebook. It’s a super short story I made free through Prolific Works for a Valentine’s Day collaboration. The file was too big to attach to my blog or newsletter, so I uploaded to the files in Aimee’s Dye Hards. The goal is to write a series of shorts for Josh and Gabe and eventually compile them into an ebook and sell on Amazon. I have a blog instead of a website for now. It’s aimeenicolewalker.blogspot.com.
Aimee Nicole Walker Hi Michelle. I sincerely apologize for this late response. I do plan on releasing more Dye audiobooks. The second one is recorded and should be live soon.
