Susan Hunter Thanks, Deborah. It never ceases to amaze me how many times I, my proofers and my copy editors can read a book and *still* leave errors in our wake. I'll pass it on to the publisher for a correction.
Susan Hunter Thanks, Liz! My wonderful across-the-street neighbor actually dropped off a dozen cookies for me. Though I won't shock you by telling you quickly I ate them! I'm working on revisions to Dangerous Pursuits, book 7 and am on schedule to send it to my publisher Aug. 1. Wish me luck (and more cookies).
Susan Hunter Hi Sue,

I'll be putting Dangerous Ground (Book 6) up for pre-order as soon as I finish the draft and it's in revision. I could do it with dummy copy well in advance of that, but it feels like tempting fate to me to offer it for sale before it's done. (I'm more cautious than Leah). I'll send a notice to people on the Leah Nash Mysteries email list, and also post the information on my website and the Leah Nash facebook page as well. Thanks for asking!
Susan Hunter I'm sorry, Mel, but they're only available on Amazon or in paperback. You can download the free Kindle app on an iPad, or tablet, or phone.
Susan Hunter Hi Karen, I'm so happy you're enjoying Dangerous Habits. I've always been an avid reader of fiction (mysteries being my favorite) and I thought about trying my hand, but for a long time I wasn't brave enough. I was afraid I didn't have enough imagination, afraid I couldn't write believable characters, afraid I wasn't good enough to write something entirely out of my imagination. In short, I was afraid of failing. Then several unexpected and difficult losses happened in my life, and I realized that I was wasting the time I had worrying about failure, instead of just doing what I really wanted and needed to do. So I jumped in the deep end of the pool and came out with Dangerous Habits. I learned a lot, I continue to learn more, and my hope is to get better with each new book. Thanks for asking--you started my morning off thinking, instead of my usual staring into space and wishing someone would bring me cookies. ;-)
Susan Hunter I'm working on the sixth Leah Nash mystery, as yet untitled, with target publication date of late Fall 2019
