Google and private data requests

This link http://tinyurl.com/p9j38oc came through today. it's only the tip of the iceberg - every national government is requesting information about its citizens and most people have no idea it's going on.
Most of us have nothing to fear about the information we leave lying around - the problem is when it arrives in the hands of those less scrupulous members of society who use it for the wrong purposes.

Microsoft Outlook

I find it ironic that one of the key differentiators now being marketed by Mircosoft and reason for using Outlook is so that Google can't "spy" on your email. Needless to say the question, of course, is what is Microsoft doing with your data.
In reality if you have the "intent" you can access and manipulate information.
Perhaps I should market Gatekeeper as Non Fiction..............
