On August 12, 2014, Gutta Mamis' by N'Tyse will be released - a gritty urban anthology featuring women authors delivering raw stories with a feminine twist. I am proud to be apart of this project - my story, Twisted Loyalty by KAI, is about a small group of lady "Cleaners", profiting from the confusion and death caused by the street life.

Already the book is getting rave reviews. The most recent by Library Journal (http://ow.ly/zxJEL) states:

I know the wait was ridiculous, my faithful readers have given me an earful over the last year or so. I apologize for the delay. But, I am finally back in the writing saddle and finishing the Daughter of the Game series is first priority.

Now, to answer the most common question: no-this is not the finale. The final book in the series, Daughter of the Game III: Burning Waters is slated to release on Black Friday, 2014.

Daughter of the Game Prequel is the early story of the Waters - their life growing up in the shadow of Pete Water's street life and the Waters family legacy. Monique, Michelle and Ricardo have different mothers and the same father. They walked three different paths before their father finally connected them to be the family you see in the original Daughter of the Game. Those different paths explain why they are who they are and why they make the decisions that amaze us in each of the books. Even Armand's life was directly affected by Pete Waters, and it is possible that he suffered the most.
