NEW RELEASE: Web of Truth (Cadicle #4)

COVER REVEAL: Crossroads of Fate (Cadicle #5)
While I unfortunately can't state a firm release date yet, I did want to share the book cover. The illustration is by Tom Edwards, like the previous covers. Since we're finally to the big showdown in the war, and I wanted to reflect that in the cover. I think Tom did a great job capturing one of the battle scenes between the TSS and Bakzen. I hope you like it!

I got some great feedback from my beta readers and have finished the substantive revisions to the manuscript. It's currently a little shy of 96,000 words, which makes it the longest book in the series by a good margin. I pleased with how it came out, and I hope you like it!
I will not be posting a pre-order for the book this time around, but I'll send out another message when it's live on Amazon. Just three weeks left to wait!

There are big things ahead in 2017. First, the core Cadicle series will be complete by this summer (I'm targeting a July release for Volume 7). Afterward, I'll be diving into writing a new series that will be release late this year or early next year.
In other news, the audiobooks of the Cadicle series being produced by Podium Publishing are underway. The narrator had to be recast due to scheduling conflicts, and Josh Bloomberg has stepped up. An omnibus of the first three volumes in the Cadicle series will be ready for release in March. I'll provide details on an exact date once it's set by Podium.

It's hard to believe I've released six novels in less than two years. I've been working on this pet project for about twenty years now, so it's super cool to have this series out there in the world.

The Cadicle Series is Complete!
Scions of Change, the seventh volume in the Cadicle space opera series, is now live on Amazon! Though this completes the seven-book arc of the Cadicle series I had planned, there are still many more stories I want to tell in this story universe and with these characters.
I began working on this series in the late-1990s as a pet project, never expecting it to see the light of day. At the time, self-publishing was far from an accepted avenue for books, and I never would have considered it. Wow, have things changed! This has been the perfect venue for me, because it’s allowed me to tell the story I wanted to tell. The initial books are too short for a traditional publisher to continue, but through the self-publishing platform, I was able to present the story I envisioned.
It’s still difficult for me to believe that I’ve published seven books in just over two years’ time. What’s even more surreal is that I’ve been working on a book series for twenty years and I can finally call it “complete”. While I wholly intend to write more in this story universe, this main Cadicle story arc is wrapped in the way I originally planned. I hope you enjoyed the ride (and that you will want to come back for more)!
