Nanowrimo 2019 challenge
I’m raising my glass to author Linda Huber who, like me, reached 50,000 words today in the NaNoWriMo challenge. Well done us. Congratulations to everyone else who reaches 50,000 words or even half that number by 30th November.
It's the first time I've taken part in the challenge and found it a useful fun way of concentrating the mind. I'm looking forward to the celebratory meal on the 30th of November that the Oldham participants are holding.
The next challenge is for me to finish writing Troubled, book 4 in the Trouble series.
Book 1 of the series is The Trouble With Liam. It's a powerful psychological thriller set in Ireland and Sheffield and tells the life story of Liam O’Sullivan in all its twisted glory. It begins with tales of his challenging childhood in Dublin and follows him through tragic events that change him into a misogynistic, controlling, ultimately lethal bully living in Sheffield. Liam thought he could do as he pleased … until he was taught otherwise. Prepare to be shocked in different ways throughout the book.
