Life becomes Better when we challenge our FEARS.
F-E-A-R has two meaning
“Forget Everything and Run”
OR
“Face Everything and Rise”
We are always in control of the things we fear. It might be the people or a particular situation which we are feared off. We can be feared of anything, it might be height or water or dark or insect. It can be anything.
FEAR is like a monster, whenever we fear of something we are actually feeding that monster and making it strong.
Whenever we avoid a situation which we are feared off, the monster grows bigger and bigger. So it is very important to take some kind of steps to show it to FEAR that we are also strong.
This is why Mark Twain has said: “Do the thing you fear the most and the death of FEAR is certain”. When we face the fear, it increases our confidence level by many folds and when we fear then it kills our confidence.
Here are some of the way I increase my confidence. Most of the time it is by doing things that I have never done before.

I want to end this post with a beautiful story.
One of the biggest fear we all have is the fear of death.
One day a young man asked his Master, “I fear death. How can I get rid of this fear?”
“Tell me,” the old man answered, “When you borrow money, are you afraid to give them later back?”
“Of course not,” the student answered with surprise, “but what does this have to do with my fear?”
The teacher bent down and took a handful of soil from the ground and continued, “You have received your body in debt with required return. And every bite of bread eaten by you, every sip of water drank by you increases that debt. You are made from dust on which you walk and the ground is your main creditor, constantly reminding you of this debt. It is pulling you down towards it. In the end, the ground will swallow you whole, without any remains.”
The old man threw the soil into the air, after attaining its fall, he finished, “No matter how high you rise, how long you are in the flight, you will still need to fall down. That is given. And to cope with the fear of this fall is very easy – stop thinking about yourself as the master of your body. Face the thought that you are just a tenant. And because you don’t know the length of your rent, remember that it can end at any second. We are all debtors, and our debts will certainly be recovered, no matter if we are afraid of it or not. So is there a point of being afraid?”
The fear of DEATH follows from the fear of LIFE. A person who lives fully is prepared to die any time.
So let’s not waste our time thinking about the death. Instead, let us live each moment of our life fully.

SOLO trip
"When was the last time you went on a SOLO trip?"
SOLO trip - A vacation where you pack your bag and just start out alone without waiting for others.I am on my first solo trip, and I am in the YOGA capital of the world. Yes you are right, I am in Rishikesh from last 25 days.

Learning yoga, experiencing India's highest bungee jumping and Best River rafting and lot more. Keeping my plans open.

Why do we have to go for a SOLO trip? Here is what I have experienced.
1. The responsibility of all decisions is yours - Yes, you have to take care everything deciding where to go, how to go there, where to stay, what to do etc. By doing this you will realize your true potential. 2. Less complaints- When you are alone who will you complain to, by saying this is not good, I am not used to such food, I don't like this etc. You will be completely on our own. This helps us to take full control of our life. If something good happens it’s your responsibility and if something goes wrong that's fine you can make it right. Less complaining leads to less blaming. Overall this starts cleaning us from the inside.
3. Know yourself- This is where you get to know yourself. When you spend time alone you become good friend to yourself, which is very important nowadays when we are surrounded by lot of distractions.


5. Trust - Most of us have a deficiency of trust. We always feel doubts when a new person comes and starts talking to us nicely.Yes, I know the situation outside has made us think like that. But somewhere I feel when you start doubting like that the same habit will be carried forward to our loved one. After some time you will start getting doubts about them too. But when you are on solo trip like this you do not have any option other than to trust the strangers. And strangers become your best friends. Yes, you may encounter couple of people who may mislead you. But that should not stop you from going on trips like this.
6. Understand life - When you go to different places, you will get to know the actually situation of the society and trust me you will definitely feel like “Oh GOD!! I am really the blessed one” Thereafter your perspective towards life changes and contentment takes place of complaints.

At the end of your trip you will get to know how beautiful the world is and see that it’s not as bad as we think it is. The world is filled with good people. We should just have the right perspective to see.

Wake Up, Sid!
Quoting a famous saying by the great Aristotle-
“It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth and wisdom.”

Adding some more ideas to How To Win Your Day. If someone asks you that how you feel about getting up early in the morning? I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t like the idea since everyone has his own struggle to wake up early. Pressing the ‘snooze’button or Pressing the ‘dismiss’button and thinking to take a short nap which finally ends up for hours. Yet the idea of waking up early seems to be pretty boring and painful, but once you realise the amount of benefit you gain, anyone will tend to do it.
If you get up late our whole day is behind our schedule. And hence we have to face a lot of circumstances. We rush to work, get scolded, and skip breakfast which is the worst part of it. We won’t work properly for the few beginning hours because of waking up alt and all the mess that was created in rushing. We will face problems, loss; get out work spoiled in some cases. And finally being up late in the office and not being able have a proper sleep again!

Once you get up early, the major benefit you’ll get is that you can eat proper diet for breakfast.. Moreover we can work out, exercise or do Yoga! That will definitely fetch us more energy, out body temperature levels come to be stable. We feel more motivated towards the work of the long day, as it reduces stress. If you work out hard, you must wait for 45mins – 1 hour after waking up for your spines to get hydrated again. It’s also been found that more successful people are early risers. It is because you will have less distraction, as more people won’t be awake, nobody to disturb. You won’t do anything but work. Hence you’ll be more efficient and less in mistakes. Once this is done, you’ll be completely stress free, everything will line up properly. No rush to work, No arriving late, No scolding’s, No negligence.
Early to bed and early to rise makes a man HEALTHY, WEALTHY and WISE Benjamin Franklin.
More importantly you’ll have better quality sleep; going to bed early will give you ample time to rest and give your body necessary repairs. Since you’ll have been woken up early, you’ll have a lot of free time or yourself and your family, you can spend time with your kids, parents, partners, friends and a lot of people that have importance in your life. Most importantly you will have appositive mental attitude. All the benefits explained so far will be a great boost in the personal, physical and mental level. When you have routine of waking up early your mind will have a very positive mind set, you won’t feel anything is impossible, you’ll try to solve the problems of your life and you will be confident that you’ll get a solution.
So fix a time to sleep and fix a time to get up. Decide all the exercises you’ll definitely do after getting up. Drink water and get your spine ready, give it some time to get hydrated. Have a healthy breakfast. And finally stop thinking and start doing. You might feel a bit uncomfortable for a couple of days, but your body will automatically adjust to this new and much better schedule.
And always remember,
‘Every today is not just another day, it’s a new opportunity, another chance, and a new beginning. Embrace it.’

Eat WELL

“Discipline is the bridge between the goals and the accomplishments”.
What we eat affects everything in our life; it almost affects everything that is inside and outside our body. Any nutritious substance that we eat or drink to stay alive and fit is known as “Food”. Food maintains everything in our life, from our birth till we die, each and everything is controlled by food or our intake. As vehicles need petrol/diesel to run and function, humans need food to stay live and function properly. Now it’s not only the food we eat affects our metabolism, the way we eat, the products we eat, the nutrient value of the products, everything comes into picture.
“Part of the secret of success in life is to eat what your body need”
What?
Most of us don’t know what to eat and how much to eat, we continue eating according to our taste and emotional satisfaction. Not knowing the actual nutrient content of it, or not knowing what our body needs at that time. Let us take a simple example for understanding what to eat and how much, when we are tired, our body is less in calories and needs more calories to maintain it. For that we eat, lets compare eating a hamburger and a rich nutrient green vegetable, when we eat large burger, it’s too heavy for our body, we need more energy to digest the hamburger than is already consists of. Hence, we lose calories and out immune system get weak due to less calories and energy. On the other side when we eat Rich nutrient Green vegetable every day, out body requires very very less amount if calories to digest it, and the calorific value of green vegetable is a lot, hence we gain energy and be healthy.
When?
We know we all have 3 meals in a day i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner these are the three major meals of the day. According to studies, when we sleep our body repairs the broken tissues and small internal body parts and for that we need energy i.e. calories. Hence, when we wake up our body would have used a lot of calories in repairing tissues at the night, so we have less calorie content in the morning so the heaviest meal should be Breakfast, by this we regain our energy and be full on calories, but still body uses calories to digest the breakfast, due to this we should have a decent lunch- a good one. I between lunch and dinner it’s good to have a cup to green tea, or some fruits. Now when we reach to dinner out body has good amount of calorific value and it needs now is small amount of green food and lots of sleep. 2 hours before going to bed, one should sleep and get a good amount if rest. It has been tested and proved that women need more sleep than men as they suffer more mental and physical consequences from inadequate sleep.

How?
Finally the last but not the least important thing is How to eat? – We till now got to know what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat, now let’s look how to eat. The most important thing for out body is Air, and then water, let it be a girl or a boy, old or young She/he has to drink a lot of water everyday to be healthy, oneself should drink at least 2 litres (at a minimum) of water every day. For almost all of his life to stay healthy and hydrated. Secondly when you intake your food, one should chew it nicely, for at least 25 – 30 times so that it gets digested in mouth, as more than 30% of food gets digested in mouth because of saliva.

Have you met your ENEMIES

“Know your enemy and know yourself, and you can fight a hundred battles without a disaster” Once said by a writer and understood now. By this let’s know who is a enemy? – The most simple and easy to know meaning is, “It is a thing that harms you, weakens you, or put hurdles in your work or ease of life.”These enemies will stop you every now and then, today and tomorrow, they’ll scold you, demote you, demoralize you very bad and so on, and surely your life will be a total crap. But there is one way to get rid of all this, by killing our enemies today, else we die tomorrow. Kill them with your success and bury them with a humble smile. So let’s find out what enemies we’re going to kill !!!
Fear:
“Everything you want is always on the other side of fear”
Fear is never real; it only exists in our thoughts, in our mind. Fear is just in our imagination and nowhere else. One must not fear, fear kills the mind and the numerous super outstanding ideas in it; fear kills you daily and brings the total obliteration. LEARN, STAND, FACE, LOSE, GETUP, FACE ANDWIN. You have to face your fear to win it, to defeat it. Once you defeat it, your inner eye will set you a path and lead you to success. Fear defeats itself by saying – Face Everything And Rise!Now let’s see how to overcome fear, we should always accept that we fear of something and be conscious about it. By not accepting the fear one cannot defeat it. Every time a successful business man starts a new project, he/she accepts that he is afraid to get in loss for the project and on the same time has the hope to succeed and get onto heights from that project. He takes a lot if actions, he works hard, trains him and defeats the fear in him and succeeds. By just sitting and thinking about the fear will never defeat it we need to be active and know the areas of our success. Ordinary people will be afraid and just be thinking to defeat the fear; rather the successful people will be bold and string to go out and face it, and hence will earn name and fame in life. This will be the basic difference between the two.
Worrying :
“Worrying does not empty tomorrows troubles, it empties today of its strength.”
Worry is the biggest enemy if all; it kills your today and ruins your tomorrow. By worrying one will never get anything and will never succeed for his work. Most of the time we worry about the things that has already happened and about the things that are yet to happen.
1. “I don’t know if I reply my boss in the manner.” 2. “I don’t know if I will take the right job.” 3. “Don’t know if my decision is correct.”
Be concerned to your work, be positive, stay happy, do your duties nicely, make new friends, discuss your shortcoming with them, share your Sadness and most important of all – Always keep a Smile in your face. Accept that by worrying about something you won’t gain anything and you won’t control it. It fetches absolutely nothing and drains all your energy.
Gossiping:
Killing this enemy of yours is most important, because it in turn kills the most precious thing in today’s world – Your Time! I must quote a really famous and absolutely true line –
“Who Gossips with you, Will gossip about you!”
Because there is soo much of useless and not at all important things that we talk all day and sometimes night. Gossiping about another person does not show what kind of person he/she is, but actually shows what kind of person we areNow that we’ve understood that gossiping is like training of our mind in a negative manner. Let’s see how we avoid it, let’s not talk over the limits; and let’s not talk about a person in his absence especially negative things. And it’s always better to be away from people you know, will gossip. I am not telling you not have fun talks with friends. But there is huge difference between fun and gossip.Just try to be yourself and results will be much more positive. You will have less stuff to worry about, much more attention for your work, lots and lots of improvement in health. And this is the way to become a successful man from an ordinary person.Finally I might say Kill the Fear in you, Defeat the Worry and Stop Gossiping. These are the keys to make your life more livable.
