DiCarlo hardcovers are being offered for sale through Amazon. These are not yet Amazon stock but third-party offers with widely varying prices. Prices ranged from $46.95 (that's full list price) to $97.99 (that's crazy) per volume this morning.

DiCarlo hardcovers are now being offered for sale by both Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com. Both are offering discounts off the $46.95 list price. Though the numbers probably will fluctuate, Amazon's retail price is now $42.26 per volume and Barnesandnoble's is $41.83.
