Adite:

"Do authors love some of their own books more than others they have written?  Having beena writer for a while now, I believe that every book is special - and I have felt deeply abouteach of my characters. But if I were to pick that one title that has a special place in myheart, it would...

Reviews for my first novel : did it fair well?

Someone Exactly Like You, my first novel, is a sweet romance. It's my labour of love and took around two years to be published. SELY is my second book, but the first book with a big publication house like Rupa Publications. When I got the contract, I felt like I had finally made it, as a writer. Stalking .. cool or not??

Stalk : to pursue or approach stealthily

That definition of stalking puts power dynamics right at the centre of the discourse. The pursuer is approaching the pursued stealthily, in a dominating manner. Something like a cat stalking a pigeon. That should put in perspective why stalking is a crime. The pigeon doesn't want to be stalked. She fears for her life when she is being stalked. When the cat finally preys upon her the pigeon feels helpless and many a times succumbs. Sometimes when the pig...
