An accountant by trade, author AC Chenier left the corporate world behind to focus on writing, golf, and horses. Widowed at the young age of 46, she gradually came to believe in the idea of past lives—and past loves. In the present day, Ms. Chenier lives in southern Ontario with her three horses and two kittens, and continues to write other people’s stories.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Chenier Both my first and second novels were inspired by reading the work of Dr. Brian Weiss; in particular the book "Only Love is Real: A story of Soulmates …moreBoth my first and second novels were inspired by reading the work of Dr. Brian Weiss; in particular the book "Only Love is Real: A story of Soulmates Reunited". This true story inspired me to explore the potential for a fictional novel that would explore the same concept.
