Emily has been writing since the age of six, but only recently developed the skill of finishing the projects that she starts (and even then, only sometimes). She is currently studying for a Masters in Museum and Heritage Studies and works as a reference librarian. In her spare time she can be found watching Doctor Who or curled up on the couch with a hot chocolate and a good book.

Emily Wrayburn liked Elle's status update Elle is on page 398 of 523 of The Jasad Heir: Things are getting really interesting, but this book is a bit too back-heavy. So much happening as we near the end & some of it really needed more time to develop & sit with readers for full emotional payoff (like Dawoud). Events in the first two-thirds could definitely have been streamlined down to feel less like filler & give all the juicy end-game content some more breathing room.
