Stalk the Dark – the first book in my new vampire series is out in less than a month and I am so excited!

Stalk the Dark is a Fantasy set in a world where the city is split into territories. In this series we find ourselves in Dracul territory. Home of the vampires who cling to the past and live in a gothic era town. But just across the border, through the mist is the modern day dracul territory. As an Order of Helsin operative and assigned watcher to Ezekiel Tepes, Orina must navigate both parts of this lethal territory.

I’ve had such a blast writing this book. Orina is a complex heroine who has a solid mask that she presents to the world. The Heroes are damaged, morally grey and in one case downright inhinged.

This series is going to be a thrill ride.

Hey guys,

So as some of you may have noticed Heart of Oblivion has been cancelled and I have taken down the Heart of Darkness series off sale. This wasn’t a decision I came to lightly and there are several factors that have pushed me to do this, but one of the main issues is my health. I have been struggling this year with health issues and it has slowed my writing down which has in turn impacted my income, which means I need to allocate what writing time I have to the projects that are allowing me to continue writing full time.

I am so very sorry for any disappointment caused, and if I am unable to complete the series in 2024 I will post a breakdown of what would have happened to provide closure to the readers who enjoyed the series.

Thank you so much for your understanding. Going forward I will be wrapping up Monsters Among US (All books are written, and the final is with the editor) Gargoyles of StoneHaven (I’m mid book 3 as we speak and book four will be written early next year) Iron Fae I will be writing book 3 next year.

Orina’s story kicks off next year, and will be my main project for 2024.

Hey all!

I wanted to drop in and update you on the audio book situation. The Wolves of Hawthorne Cove series is being continued, and I hope to get book 4 out before the end of the year and book 5 early next year.

I was also lucky enough to get picked up by an audiobook producer who has taken on three of my series. The Thirteenth Sign, The Monsters Among Us and Demons of Morningstar all of which are in production right now.

Witch Unexpected book 1 in the Thirteenth Sign series is out today!

And When Monsters lie is up for PREORDER to be released on the 21st November.

Guys I am so excited. The narrators for these audiobooks are perfect.

I’m off for a couple of days now, then I’m jumping into Stonehaven book 3. Can’t wait!!!

I love kindle books for the ease of reading and the fact that I can carry them around a mini library with me wherever I go. but I adore paperbacks too. I love filling my bookshelves then browsing the titles because, honestly, book buying and book reading can be two separate hobbies. I happen to have both. I love the special editions, the signed copies, the paperbacks, the hardbacks, and the books with the sprayed edges.

I love them all.

Demon Reborn is out today and this sixth book in the Demons of Morningstar concludes Nyx’s story.

I’ve had so many requests over the years for signed books and omnibus paperback editions of my series but shipping can be crazy from the UK to the States and outside of Europe, so I’ve always been limited on that front. There are page count limitations to publishing omnibuses on Amazon and my series tend to be on the long side, so I haven’t done that either… Until Now!

I’ve opened a shopify store and added a bunch of paperbacks that are all signed. Yep, I scanned in my sharpie signature into the books. I also created omnibuses of certain series. These are also signed. The books ship direct from a printer which reduces the shipping costs and makes the process seamless.

For me diving into writing a series is like going on a long vacation into another world. I’m not sure precisely what the world mechanics are, I only know a handful of people, and I have no idea when I’ll be back. And for the months that I’m immersed in my new world my emotions and dreams reflect the story I’m telling. Now, I say that I’m telling the story, but once I dive in, the story usually takes over, and sitting down to write everyday is an adventure, because although I have a vague idea where we’re heading, I won’t know for sure until the words appear on the page.

I’ve been in the Morningstar world with Nyx, her siblings, and her guys for several months now, and what started of as a four book series became a six book series because the story was bigger than I anticipated, and the characters…well, they totally captured my heart. I’ve laughed with them, cried with them and raged with the. They feel like family. So penning the final book in the series and saying goodbye had been emotional for me.

Demon Reborn is Nyx’s final stand. It’s her destiny. Her purpose come to light. And all the trials, the tests, the connections she’s made…well it all came together in this book. There is so much love in this story and courage too. I’m emotionally drained from having written it but I’m so happy with how it turned out, and I know there are more stories screaming to be told in this world. Nyx’s story may be coming to a close, but I’ll be staying close to Morningstar, listening out for when the next hero stands up to be counted, and the next adventure begins.
