Roz was named the Mulher Magazine’s 2016 Woman of the year; she was also the recipient of the 2011-2012 Outstanding Woman leader of the year presented by Raytown Women of Today. She’s a member of Southview Baptist Church where she is the Minister of Women’s Ministry. She’s the founder of Brighter Day Ministry-A support organization for Single Moms. Roz is a Mother and Grandmother. She’s a favorite at Christian conferences. Her love for the Word of God and its truths along with her commitment to changing the lives of single moms, women and their children coupled with her sense of humor makes her the right fit for any women’s conference. STRUGGLES

We all have struggles some are more some are less
But we all have struggles even at our best

Struggles come, struggles go but what they leave behind
Are turmoil, guilt and shame these feelings are not kind.

But God conquers struggles each and every day
He will take them all when we kneel to pray.

Prayer is the answer for struggles in our life
Because God conquers struggles everyday and night.
