I enjoy traveling, craft beer, and paranormal television shows. I write a series that would fall under realistic fiction involving cryptozoology and craft beer.

My day job is a staff member in a university faculty training and development department and university teacher of marketing, business management, and criminal justice. I also like to run half marathons as part of the 50 State Half Marathon Club.

A research study by Pew Research in 2016 stated that 26% of Americans did not read one book since high school. It also stated the average reading level of American adults is about 7th to 8th grade level. Instead of books with big words or poetic language I sought to write a book in plain everyday tone.

Things are moving along well for two new projects. My cover designer Nyssa Iniguez has the craft beer-inspired cover nearly complete. Just a few minor adjustments with contrast and it will be ready to go.

The novella that covers events from the end of Book 4 has received good comments from one of my beta readers. She has read every book in the series and said she liked this one even better then the Read more of this blog post »
