Three Men & Me
Darlings!
Good grief, life is getting crazy again now that we're (sort of) learning to live with the pandemic. There are places to go once more, and people to see once again. I hadn't realized how starved I was for a social life and more human interaction than I was getting by going to the grocery store!
But just because we're able to get out and about a bit more, I plan to hang on to all that I learned during the pandemic, like how rewarding it can be to spend time alone (or just with the Mister), how much I enjoy now-permanent weekly Zoom calls with my sisters, and remembering the many ways I am really, truly fortunate.

Hello my lovelies!
Soooo much going on! First, happy summer. Yes, it's here and on the first day of summer, yesterday, the temperature here in Oakland soared to 100 degrees. Now that might not sound too dramatic to you in certain parts of the country, but let me tell you, it gets that hot here MAYBE once every few years. The San Francisco Bay Area just doesn't heat up in the summer. No one has AC. BUT, I had a window unit AC (still in its box!) that I'd ordered from Amazon last year for something just like this. I got the Mister to install it and voila, my office was a lovely 78 degrees. Thank god. I could then continue to write you my naughty stories!
