Kaid is a Pain!!!!
Okay, so for those of you that don't know, I recently had some very painful dental work done. While I'm laying there, trying to recover, completely taking advantage of the pain relieving medication that I was given; Kaid starts whispering in my ear. When I don't immediately jump up and start writing his story, he starts explaining why I need to write what he is showing me now. When I continue to ignore him, he starts jumping up and down gesturing like a wild man, and then he brings Maverik into the whole damn thing and they are both making complete nuisances of themselves. So, I have no choice, I get up, stumble to my laptop, turn it on and start typing every damn word they are both throwing at me. Cursing them both rather loudly because the things they are showing me are making me laugh out loud. And it hurts to laugh; dental work, remember?
Let's just suffice it to say that Kaid's story is so much fun. He is having a time trying to handle his Mate, and believe me, she is NOT easy to handle! This one is a wild ride, people! A wild ride!

Bane's Heart is Live!!!
Hello Everyone,
As I said up there ^, Bane's Heart is live. I've been busy on social media touting the book, and trying to get people to look at it. It's an amazing story that will make you laugh, cry, rage and sigh. I hope if you get the chance you'll give it a try.
I've started on Kaid's book and the turns this one is taking are really making my head spin. There is so much going on here that I'm going to have to push some of it to Maverik's book so that Kaid's doesn't hit 600 pages.
Anyway, just a short note to let everyone know that Bane is live for those who may want to read it.

Bane is almost ready!
Hi Peoples!
Okay, so yesterday I sent out "Bane's Heart," to my Beta Readers. I am so excited about it! It is by no means ready to publish yet, but they will be sure to catch any issues that I'm just too close to the story to see. I will address those issues, then send it for one more edit and finally hit publish! The cover was also completed yesterday. Can I just say, I LOVE THIS COVER!!!!!!!! It's really pretty, and yes, it's really hot too!!! So, I'm thinking February before I can pull it all together.
In other news, I have yet to figure out Instagram and Twitter. I have tried to post a thing or two on them both, but not sure I was successful. It always wants to take a pic of me when I try to post on them, so if you got any compromising video or photos, sorry! ;)
Oh!!! I am doing an author takeover on January 21st, from 5 - 6 PM on Romance Readers Recommend's page on Facebook. I have really cool prizes to give away. I decided since I have bears, wolves, lions and dragons in my Avaleigh's Boys series, that I would give away one gift representative of each. I have a bracelet, earrings, a necklace and a trinket box that feature these animals/shifters/creatures, however you'd like to refer to them. So come on over and join us.

Totally Lost Here, People!
Hi Everybody,
As the title says, I'm Totally Lost Here! I only wanted to write a book. I had no idea how detailed and involved after the writing would become. You have to promote it, you have to advertise it, you have to remind everyone to leave a review. Regularly. You have to join social media. Which for me is a major thing. I didn't even have an active Facebook page until I was ready to publish my first book. Now I have Goodreads, Twitter, Instagram, Messenger and Pinterest to figure out too! It's a lot of work to keep up with all this stuff, and I still don't know how to use most of it! And the emails just never stop, but truth be told, I love that part. When a reader emails me to tell me how much they loved my book and my "People", and to ask how much longer til the next one. (Side note here, I call my characters my people, because to me; they are.)
So, in short, this is all new to me. So please bear (pun intended) with me as I figure it all out. Also, I have my stories edited, but not my emails, blogs, FB posts or any other posts. This stuff is all me, raw and unedited, so be kind. I don't think, speak or write in perfect grammatical form. So, in closing, Thank you. Thank you for reading my book. Thank you for liking it. Thank you for your patience as I learn to navigate this thing called Indie Author.
Oh yeah, I don't know how often I'm supposed to do this, so somebody give me a heads up!!
