Emily is a pioneer in large-scale change along with her partner Richard Axelrod. She has worked in corporate settings and NGO's around the world for over 30 years. She has worked with leadership teams and in the last several years done a lot of leadership coaching. In corporate settings, she has worked in manufacturing plants, healthcare, advertising, finance and engineering firms. She has also worked with schools, art organizations as well as faith-based organizations.

She enjoys working with people to support them in figuring out what the possibilities are and helping them meet challenges they face. She has co-authored several books about involving people in getting things done as well as several articles in journals and textbooks on Organ
