New Year and New Contest!
Happy 2019 everyone! A new year means new beginnings and I hope plenty of new opportunities for all. So, we wanted to start the new year off right with a fabulous contest. 🎉
My upcoming new release, The Wrong Highlander, comes out on Tuesday January 29th and is about Conran Buchanan. As the title suggests, due to a little desperation and a lot of bad luck, Conran gets kidnapped in error. A whole lot of funny happens as Conran attempts to help the ailing Laird Maclean and get to know his feisty daughter, the Lady Evina, the one behind his kidnapping in the first place. Now the only question that remains is will Conran's abduction end up being a happy accident or disastrous mistake?
To enter this contest just tell us about a happy accident of your own, or of someone you know. Something that occurred either by happenstance or accident that seemed bad at first but in the end was a good thing.
A grand prize of a $100 kindle gift card and two secondary prizes of a $50 kindle gift cards. Each prizewinner will also get a signed copy of The Wrong Highlander! 😉

Conran's story, appropriately named The Wrong Highlander, starts with a bang when our hero is accosted and kidnapped by a redheaded spitfire named Lady Evina Maclean.
Desperate to help her father whom is at death's door she does the only thing she can think of… seek out help from famed healer Rory Buchanan. But when they find him bathing in the waterfall Lady Evina comes up with a different plan…Why bother asking when they could just take him with them willing or not, and ask for forgiveness later?
Conran's first thought at the strangers' intrusion on his bath was not a pleasant one and he was successfully beating back the man attacking him until someone cold cocked him from behind. Conran's second thought upon waking in a strange room with an ailing man was "Who was stupid enough to attack a Buchanan?". His third thought upon setting eyes on the redheaded beauty behind his kidnapping was rather…er… X-rated shall we say.
