Federal Level: Legislation that prevents employee of the FDA approval division to be a stepping stone to wealth. Provisions placed to forbid employees of the FDA to then serve on board of drug companies awarded with stocks. Conflicts of interest must also be addressed.

I founded STOPPNow (Stop the Organized Pill Pushers) Now over 10 years ago. As a neonatal intensive care nurse I was caring for babies born addicted to opiates. Many babies. STOPPNow began holding peaceful protests in front of the “pill mills” to bring attention to the ignored ensuing epidemic. Many parents who lost their loved ones came out to join us. We have been to Washington DC and our local state governments. The AMA has been silent. The FDA continues to approve dangerous opiates and after approval move on to stock options and wealth through the drug companies. Our legislators pass legislation that benefit Big PhRma, for a price.
