Dr.Gowrishankar S. is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dr.Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, India. He earned his PhD in Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India in 2010 and MTech in Software Engineering and BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, India, in the years 2005 and 2003 respectively. From 2011 to 2014 he worked as a senior research scientist and tech lead at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Bengaluru, India.
