In July, the Taliban captured and executed Nazar Mohammad, "better known as Khasha Zwan." He was a popular Afghan comedian on TikTok who joked about the Taliban. A video shows Zwan continuing to mock the Taliban to their faces, even as he faced certain death. A great example of courage and remaining true to yourself even in dire circumstances.

This morning I want to buy gas. The station was nearly out of fuel. The manager was limiting purchase amounts. I'm in North Alabama. Elsewhere in the States is anyone having trouble with gas supplies?

2020 has been one tough year. Wishing everyone a very happy 2021. May there be brighter days ahead.

Ouch. I broke my arm tonight. I slipped on wet leaves and landed on my shoulder. Looks like it will take 4-6 weeks to heal. Wearing a sling now and typing with my good arm.

I had a test for COVID this morning. I have it. Appreciate your prayers.
