"I admit to being an unusual person." - SS

From a comment on his profile pic, since writing one's own bio is so difficult:

“Beautiful and astounding. Kind of resembles an amazing character I know. Some call him the Weaver of the Unraveled, the Rekindler of Doused Fires, the Sandman of Endless Beaches, the Friend to the Friendless, the Harmonizer of Unsung Heros. And some even call him Syl.” - Na'Cher

From age 10, on the day he literally exploded a light-bulb, Syl Sabastian’s acute life-long love affair with Understanding began. Since then his focus on, and love of Awareness, or more accurately his struggle with non-awareness, has never let-up.

An intense reader in his youth, Syl absorbed over a book a day,

We had been involved in publishing The Biella Series novels, quite a few of which were already written, but, we felt something was missing, a preamble, a build up. The stage needed setting as it were. The Biella series is the culmination, not the beginning. Thus The Realism Series was born, with OUT BS! the first published book in that series. Two more will follow soon, an Ask Biella book and More related to OUT BS!, with The Philosophy of Opposite also in the works.

OUT BS! was originally titled The Cancer of Bullsh!t based on our perception of its destructiveness. Elevia is fiercely moved by the plight and struggle of those in relationships with BMN, a term she coined long back from observations and interaction with these deluxe bullshitters. These everyday villains are the inspiration, but actually, the chief inspiration cames from that huge and earnest desire of Elevia's to share her Understanding and insight in the BMNs with those needing to deal with them. especially in the light of our current world.(less)

Thanks on the profile pic, it's an art rendering of a photo of me I made with photo manipulation program. There's a bit of a story behind how it came to be. I came to social media late, only four years now, and at the time I have no photographs of myself, so I used a cropped pic of one of my game avatars. With the book we needed to have actual pics but by that time a bit of mystique had built up around my profile pic, and since my posts include art in similar styles, it all fit together resulting in that picture. :)(less)

“We have to take a stand against deception, take action against all lying, and together, as a society, using awareness, discernment, and understanding, empower ourselves to call bullshit against bullshit!”
Elevia DeNobelia - Syl Sabastian

Carlos Castaneda
“For me the world is weird because it is stupendous, awesome, mysterious, unfathomable; my interest has been to convince you that you must assume responsibility for being here, in this marvelous world, in this marvelous desert, in this marvelous time. I want to convince you that you must learn to make every act count, since you are going to be here for only a short while, in fact, too short for witnessing all the marvels of it.”
Carlos Castaneda, Journey to Ixtlan: The Lessons of Don Juan

“When we realise we can add to the World, change the World, contribute positively to the World, simply via being Aware, we undergo a profound moment of Personal Empowerment. - Biella Noble”

Albert Einstein
