One year ago, we started this journey. Now it’s time to complete the voyage and step again, for the last time, through the Moorgate.

This project has taken over my life for the last four years: I had to research the information I needed, do as many interviews as possible, study again the data I was able to gather, and then write the first draft. I didn’t realize it was just the beginning but soon I understood that all my work was only the first half of what I had to do to create this book.

Thankfully I didn’t have to be alone for the second part.

I found you all and, without you, Through the Moongate wouldn’t have been possible.

But it’s done. We did it.

You did it, even more than me.

Plans for the Future

Through the Moongate will move to IndieGogo In-demand, same as last year’s Part I, for the follow-up campaign. Late backers will be able to get the book and the unsold limited and numbered rewards.

The funds we gathered in this Kickstarter will be added to those we collect on IndieGogo. The sum of them will be used to unlock the last stretch goals: patches and re-editing of Part I.

The Kickstarter ended at €42.196 and already I received a lot of e-mails from people who were too late or offered to raise their pledges to help us unlock the patches stretch goal. I’m sure this update will be followed up shortly with the announcement of unlocking the “Development patches” stretch goal.

We just hit another stretch goal! Today we reached €35.000, which unlocked the ebook upgrade. This means that the ebook version of Part II will contain all of the images we are preparing for the limited hardcover edition. Additionally, because we reached the 32 pages-of-photos upgrade, there will be many great and unpublished images! The ebook will be cooler than ever! Thank you so much!

Pushing on, our next stretch goal, at €37.500, will unlock the same great images for the black and white softcover edition of Through the Moongate – Part II. If you’ve already backed, you can still help by sharing to your friends on all forms of social media.
