For all of you who have been eagerly awaiting the release of War Bound, today is the day! It is now available as an ebook on Amazon and in Kindle Unlimited. 

I am still working on formatting the paperback and working with my cover designer for the full cover. I expect it will be up for sale in a few weeks. 

To celebrate the release, book 1 Fierce Heart is on sale for $.99 through Friday! This is a great time to check out the series if you have been waiting or to share it with a friend. 

For those of you who have already purchased War Bound, thank you! This release has been amazing, and it is all due to your love for this series! 

For those who have already finished War Bound…I’m sorry. *wince* I know. That ending. *winces again* Please know I am working to get book 3 into your hands just as soon as possible. 

Speaking of book 3…

In case you haven’t seen it yet, book 3 Death Wind is now available for pre-order on Amazon! The release date is September 1. That sounds like such a long ways away, but it is actually slightly less than the gap between Fierce Heart and War Bound. 

I am not revealing an official blurb for Death Wind just yet since the blurb contains massive spoilers for War Bound, though a more complete book description for Death Wind can be found in the back of War Bound for those who have read that book. 

Meanwhile, during all the busyness getting War Bound polished up for publication, Fierce Heart‘s audiobook finally finished processing and is now available on Amazon and Audible! I love how the audiobook turned out. The narrator did a wonderful job at bringing the book to life! 

Once again, thank you for making this release so amazing! I have been blown away by the support for this series! I am honored by how much many of you have connected to Farrendel and Essie, and I hope their story continues to bring a smile during these difficult times in which we currently live. 

Today I have a cover reveal for an author friend of mind. H.S.J. Williams, who drew the lovely fan art for Fierce Heart, is revealing the cover for her book Moonscript, releasing in May.

Moonscript is about a broody elf prince. Enough said, right?

Happy holidays, everyone! For me, Christmas is only a week away! I LOVE Christmas. Fully decorated tree, lighted village, icicle lights on my house, the works. I go a little all out, lol. About the only part of Christmas I don’t do is baking. I’m not good at baking whatsoever. 

I begged my lovely cover designer, and she very, very nicely came out of her maternity leave to do the paperback cover for Fierce Heart! If it is ordered on Amazon today, it will even arrive for Christmas! 

It is currently available on Amazon (you can check it out with this link!) It will be available on Barnesandnoble.com and other online book retailers shortly. They just take longer to get the book uploaded. 

Update on War BoundI just passed 30k words in War Bound, which means I’m nearing the half way point of the book! This book has been so much fun to write, and I can’t wait to get to the ending scenes! Farrendel and Essie are so adorable together!

with you! I just adore Essie and Farrendel, my optimistic human princess and
broody elf prince who end up in a marriage of alliance in Fierce Heart.
And I love the unique world of Averell with its portals and shape-shifting
unicorns and dragons and a girl who lives both in this fantasy realm and our
real-life world in Lost in Averell. 


They are currently only available in Kindle at this time. I am working on
audiobooks, and I will upload the paperbacks when I can. Due to medical
complications, my cover designer couldn’t finish the wrap around covers for the
paperbacks before her daughter was born early. Her daughter is doing well, but
it means my cover designer started her maternity leave earlier than
planned. 


Both of these books are going to be $.99 through Cyber Monday. After that, the
price will go up to $2.99. So if they sound like something you’d enjoy, don’t

Today I have cover reveals from several author friends of mine as well as a new boxed set. All of these covers are so lovely!

All of the books featured below are fairytale retellings. I happen to ADORE fairytale retellings. They are essentially romantic fantasy, just based on a fairytale. Right up my alley!

First up, we have the cover for The Siren Princess by Lichelle Slater. This book is a Little Mermaid retelling and is book 2 in a series of fairytale retellings with dragons. I can’t wait to get my hands on this book! And the cover is stunning!

The second cover reveal I have is also a Little Mermaid retelling, this time by A.G. Marshall. This is book 3 in her fairytale retelling series. Doesn’t this cover make you want to run out and buy this book RIGHT NOW???? It’s so pretty!

Both of these covers are so stunning! I’m sure the books are going to be just as stunning on the inside once they release.

Speaking of stunning covers, I LOVE the covers for Lucy Tempest’s Fairytales of Folkshore (I shared about the release of book 5 in the series a couple of posts ago). She just announced that she has created a boxed set of the first three books in the series. This is the entire Aladdin retelling part of the series. I ADORE these books! You’ll want to snap them up in the set the better to binge read them!

As for my own writing, I have been working to edit Fierce Heart as well as put together a book to give away as a freebie for joining my mailing list.
