Many of my readers have commented that the romance aspect between Alexa and Caleb moved a little too quickly. I am including a bonus scene for those of you who have expressed an interest. Just have to figure out how to get it to you guys.

While on social media I noticed that #writerslife was trending. After reading some of the posts and inspirational quotes posted by other writers/authors I considered what a "writer's life" meant to me and I was inspired to write a poem that I feel encompasses my life as a writer.

Words in head not on pages
Thoughts were here now they’re fleeting
Empty vessel then she rages
A spark ignites
Pen to paper. Ideas meeting
Worlds unfolding within her head
Flourishing, boundless with no end
But behold, the sun has risen, off to bed
Tomorrow’s anew. We begin again
