Lessons in Faith
Where do you go when outside forces send your life into a bit of a tailspin?
If I'm honest, I talk to my husband, my friends, or even social media. But today, when my social media and primary place of business marketing was shut down, God hit me with a timely reminder to turn to Him in times of frustration, uncertainty, and turmoil.
Whether it be sickness, a career, or something as trivial as a locked down Instagram page (yes, I'm basing a Thursday Goodreads devotional on my recent social media management drama...), God is not distant in our circumstance.
And when our faith is fully rooted in Him, we will stand firm when life gets shaky.
I spent time in Worship this morning and was reminded again and again that He always shows up. He is never late. His goodness and faithfulness is the story I'll tell again and again.
Praying this today:
Isaiah 26:3, "You keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is set on you, because he trusts in you."
