R. Phillips loves to write romance stories full of angst, plot twists and a generous sprinkling of salacious scenes. Playing with timelines is one of her favorite things to do in her writing along with including a dash of mythology. She’s also a big fan of leaving your jaw on the floor.

Rachael is a native Texan, reader first, and frequently imagines her book scenes to songs. She is a lover of coffee, tex-mex, and is probably too particular when it comes to her choice in red wine. She credits any success to the long line of strong women she comes from who gave her a steely spine, taught her to know her mind, and to always rise.
