I've had a number of emails from folks reading The MisAdventures: That Darn Muse who have asked me what it is I hope to say with these stories...and that's an easy answer: I've learned from someone younger than me that teachers come in every age; to say "maybe" instead of "no" until you can say "yes"... to not be afraid to be yourself, speak your mind, help someone or let someone help you. I've learned that sharing is more than giving...it's opening yourself up to receive..it's looking at your limitations for what they really are.. barriers you have to go around, above, beneath or through. It's not just opening your eyes but looking up to see the scenery...it's realizing that change is a good thing...
