Long Time Gone
Hi there, my long-time-not-seen blog people! I honestly didn’t intend to take a slightly-more-than-a-year-long break from this here old blog, but then in the middle of March last year, this happened: My life, and that of the family, got considerably more complicated. Worth it, oh yes, but even less easy and simple than it […]

Coffee!
Hi folks! So, I don't have a Patreon (keeping up with one more thing just doesn't fit in the schedule. Now, if somehow there were a Patreon where patrons could donate spare minutes, that would be awesome. Like, "Well, I was just going to use those five minutes messing around on my phone, so you can have them." I would be all over that. Anyway!), but I found out about this new site, ko-fi.com. It is like Patreon but without the upkeep.
So here, if you feel like putting a little in my tip jar, towards actual coffee or art supplies or just a wee tiny drop of sanity, is the link to mine:

Thanks for looking!

Unsorted Rogue One Thoughts: Part Two

Unsorted Rogue One Thoughts: Part One
Hi guys! I’m still alive! Life has been relentlessly lifing at me since my last, and as I said awhile back, the first thing to get dropped is blogging. I just saw Rogue One, though, and I am full of thoughts that I wanted to share. So full of thoughts that I’m splitting this post into […]

Light a Light
I sat down to write this morning, and like I do I decided to check social media first. (Because nothing says “getting into the right frame of mind for making up stories” like “fiddling around on Facebook for half an hour.”) And my body grew numb with horror and sorrow, and my tea got cold […]

Book Review: Doors
Doors is a brand-new time travel romance from Joanne Renaud, author of A Question of Time (which I also reviewed), out now from Champagne Books. So, first, a disclaimer: Joanne’s a good buddy of mine, and I got to be a beta reader for this book, so even though I will try hard to be fair […]
